Had a few problems with the drivers door freezing shut with this snow. Normally manage to get in the passanger side door. Today i managed to get down to the shiprow carpark in Aberdeen to do a few things and when i came back both doors were frozen shut and couldnt get in. Ended up getting in the boot and crawling to the front, then opening the window and getting out the window when got home.
Anyone else had problems?
Jim

Had a bit of difficulty, nothing that clearing the snow and a bit of force didn't overcome though.

Hi Jim,

my passenger door is having these sorts of problems and I'm getting a new door handle installed... I'd get it checked out by your dealer if it is still under warranty... :D

Yep, been in the boot in my old Mini a couple of times. No problems with my new one.

Ok might get it looked at.
Not really bothering me just the funny looks i get when having to crawl in the boot and get out the window. It seems ok if the cars heated up and been running for a while just seems to be the cold.

yep - it's worse for me when it's really cold. You might find that when it is warm, the door handle is slightly sluggish to return once you have opened the door..
