Sassin Frassin Ebay!

Bought a CD from a power seller on Ebay at the start of Dec - by 7 jan still no CD and no reply from the several emails sent.

Lodged diputes with Paypal and Ebay - the seller has now de-registered or been banned from ebay and this is the wonderful power of paypals buyer protection:

"After careful review, we have concluded our investigation of the Buyer
Complaint described below.

We have decided in your favour, however, we were unable to recover any
funds from the seller's account. As stated in the PayPal User Agreement,
recovery of funds associated with a Buyer Complaint cannot be guaranteed.

We will make our best effort to recover the funds in question if they
become available in the seller's account in the future. Please be assured
that we will also take appropriate action against the seller's account,
which may include limitation of the seller's account privileges."

I'm one of many people this guy has ripped off in the last month as his feedbacks full of us!!:dead::disapprove:
