Fitting the seats is a doddle - here (http://store.webbmotorsports.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=9) is a simple guide for fitting new seats. The only problem you will have is resetting the air bag light and getting the seat airbags disabled, this will need to be done by a dealer, average price is about £30 quid, you will have to sign a disclaimer saying you have accepted the loss of the seat air bags.
