Just washed the mini on sunday and already its black up the back. Going to glasgow tomorrow n gona have to give it a quick wash cuz u cant see the rear plate or lights. I've only been to dundee n back and to montrose twice since washing! thats only just over 100 miles!!

Anyone else find that the mini kicks up so much dirt at the rear? Seem to have to constantly use the rear wiper just to see out!

Anything we can do bout it??

not much you can do about it, as sleepy says, you either get used to it, or wash your car nearly every day at this time of year..;)

Hear what you're saying. Almost embarrased to be driving my mini just now coz the back no longer looks yellow! :(

On the plus side, i still thinks the mini's look cool when dirty ha ha and when i see other dirty ones i just think "that mini has been given a good run and has been driven the way it should be " :p;)

I find the Aero Kit kicks up even more dirt than the normal bumpers.

If your car is extremly well polished wont get dirty so quick. but at this time of year wont make much odds. If well polished tho you wont take long to wash and dry cause the water will just run off.

Mine is needin cleaned to, i dubno which of my minis showed the dirt the most, my old chilli red or new purple one! Some wifey at my work has a black mini, the poor thing was calling on me this morning when i passed her, think she was wantin washed, the wheels were actually black, cause i had to take a double look at the wheels!

Well decided on just givin the plates n the lights a quick wash this morning! to hell with cleanin it since it was gona get dirty again!!

Every mini i seen on the way donw was filthy (except an electric blue one outside perth....with a very attractive lady driving...anyone here ;) lol)!

So if all ur minis are filthy 2, then i'll leave it the way it is!!

If there are any lazy mini cleaners on here, I suggest using Supaguard of Scotchguard. It's amazing stuff! It makes it very difficult for dirt to grab on to your bodywork, and you just need to give the car a quick spray to get it gleaming!
