Dammed mice have chewed my HT leads/plug caps and the outer covering of the LT cable going to the HT assembly in my MINI.

Set a couple of traps and got 2 last night.

Also found a pile of chewed rubber under the wife's car, so have yet to investigate what they have eaten in that.:blackeye:

More traps set again and some moth balls ordered - the mice hate the strong smell apparently , so I scatter them around the car :clown:

PS mice prefer ignition lead rubber to cheese in the traps.

My Dad had mice in his garage, they s*at all over the inside of my brothers Westfield and made a nest in a box of grass seed using screws, nuts, and nails. Stupid animals.

I have a fox that lives in next doors garden, you can borrow that if you like (you can keep it actually, makes an awful racket at night)

My brother has the same problem in his garage with mice eating foam in his racing cars - anywhere in the country with fields surrounding the garages seems to suffer from this problem in the cold winter months. It seems impossible to keep them out as they can get in the tiniest of gaps.

The worst mouse problem I had was when I had to take an old carpet up to the coup in my old car. I didn't realise a mouse was inside the carpet that had been stored in the garage overnight. Anyway next morning I got into the car to find a hole chewed in the passenger seat!

At work the night shift saw a mouse running along the corridor and under our office door. They left a notice to tell us that it was in there. A few days later I kept smelling this terrible stench but couldn't find where it was coming from. Eventually I found a dead mouse in my laptop bag, the mouse had hidden inside during the day and I had put the heavy laptop in the bag at night and killed the poor thing!

That's gross! Wouldn't like to have cleaned that up!

We had baby mice in the office that amused us all for a couple of days, running about all over the place. Someone trapped it in a coffee cup and then called security saying we had someone to be escorted from the building ;)
