OK, how on earth are Mexico seeded?

I'd have thought they would have seeded the US over Mexico.

Its not like the US of A had a difficult group stage to get through.
Plus they did only manage a draw with us, so that probably knocked them down the order a bit!

Pot 3 looks to the the surprise package to me. The Netherlands, Czech Republic, and Croatia don't look like pushovers.
