You must be looking for something Not run of the mill...

nothing much to say really as Norman says not Menzies fault.

Well it's just that BMW built a car which arrived @ the dealers with not all the parts working:( and unfortunately in their wisdom they never thought to have any of these parts as spares so far it has only taking 5 weeks and today we are right back to the begining no further forward which was a bit disappointing as the part was meant to be in at Bracknell and was due for delivery today at the dealers.

but musn't complain that's not the way and as Customer Services say sorry Madam no point in getting upset not much we can do about it. if the parts not in it's not in.:( Was mean't to have a phone call at 12 o'clock today h'mmmm 1.30pm no call good on customer services they know how to keep a customer. NOT.

Take a step back Fe,it's in hand. The part for your car was sooooo new, that it didn't even exist as a part number for us to ordered[v],and there wasn't another car in the country with this option on it.
We are very concious of your patience in this matter fe,as this situation doesn't reflect well on BMW ,but i can assure you that the level of work going on behind the scene's here at Menzies to get it resolved, i have never before seen...

So please, give customer services as much stick as you can !!!!!!
