I never said there was anything wrong with manual chokes just that that was soooo long ago.

BTW didn't the later minis have injection, catalysts and no manual choke?

Your Right the Later MPI ones Did Have Multi Point Injection Engines. Or SPI singel Point Injections.. But you can't beat teh Carb and The Choke... Tried and tested method. ;)
