I was at john clarks on thursday having a mini moan! I was speaking to scott and I noticed the slime green one had gone from the showroom and I mentioned that someone here was getting one that colour!:approve:

i drove by on the kingsway and noticed it had gone too. i wonder who bought it. I've only seen another one like it on the road and that was in invergowrie.

How reliable are the timescales they give for delivery?

We ordered ours about 1.5 weeks or so ago (Grassicks in Perth) and they said we would have it by end April(i.e. 5/6 weeks)!! :D

They said that if they needed to they could request "high priority" and that, because the car we are part-x'ing's MOT runs out at the end of April, they could use this to push our car to top of list?

Oh noooo, pls don't let it be delayed! :( *reaching for Prozac*

They just give you a distant delivery date that so you think they're great when it arrives 4 weeks early. i ordered at the end of Feb last year had it on the road inside 4 weeks. Woohoo!:D

i'm gonna phone tomorrow to see if my one has arrived. can anyone answer this, see when you put the warm blower on, does the warm ait come out instantly or after a wee while?

I'm guessing you're talking about the heating system here?

If you are starting the engine from cold it will take a couple of minutes for your warm air to materialise from the vents. If your engine is warm you will get almost instant warm air.

I caught up with 2 mini's on the A90 just approaching brechin today, the front one was defo a silk green and in front of me was an indy blue cooper. Me and the indy cooper turned off for brechin and the silk green kept going.

Was that you KJ??

nah, its wasnt me. didnt take it for a drive. i wish it was me though. Who has the electric blue cooper s with the St Andrews cross roof decal thats parked at the college on the kingsway toward ASDA in dundee? i saw it :)
