Aye, that was me! I was away to live in a 1972 VW camper van for four days! Just back now. I can tell you that after chugging around Wester Ross at 50mph in a thing that has a wooden and plasticine gearbox, sometimes a 2nd gear and no heating...then getting back behing the wheel of a Works 'S ' is a very wierd thing to get your head round! Felt like the 'S' had at least a million bhp....... Great fun though and really fancy a camper now....they have their own ' characteristics ' but are a right laugh!
