1. how many pieces does it come in ?
2. how does the tips stay on ?

Going off this example on ebay it looks like it comes in one piece

cheers MS but there is defo a split in that one to, wasnt sure if it was 2 or 3 bits

Comes in two parts sir. Front silencer section....then the rear exhaust section. Im sure from memory the tips are held on with grub screws. :D

hmmmm on my system the grubs(supplyed) wont come into contact with the pipe,

Cant help about how many parts the exhaust comes in, but i can confirm that the tips are just held on with little grub screws, one of my exhaust tips actually sits slightly squint due to this way of fitting them which is a bit of a pain in the a*se, never mind tho- rant over!!;)
