I know, imagine leaving on the 12.5% optional service charge.

Actually, that is a HUGE annoyance of mine down here in London - it doesn't seem to happen in other places, but they just always put it on your bill. With the new chip and pin cards they come over with the machine with the amount already entered, including the 12.5%. I've started scoring it out and paying what i think it's worth in change. It may well be the same, but I'd like to choose that, thank you very much.
