Tom-Tom5 points of interest - how?

Morning all, one more day till ma birthday :cool:

Anyways... Does anyone know how to get a list (4000+) of Ordinance Survey Grid References in the format ~ NT 3043878558 into TomTom v5.0 as a list of Points of interest:question:

I have found a program that converts longitude & latitude into TomTom but not OSGR’s...

All help most welcome :D
