Blood - yes :(
On the upholstery - I don't think so. I think I managed to get it to drip outside the car! :(

And it's bl**dy awkward to type with a plaster on your finger!

There are straps available that fit at the headrest and come down the seat then are velcro'd in place.

Nenah has them and the work a treat:)
