Central Locking Problem

Hi everyone,

I have a central locking problem with my mini. I lock the car with the remote, both doors lock no problem. I then open the car with the remote and only the passenger side opens. I then have to manually open the driver side with the key. The driver door also does not lock with the door lock toggle in the centre console.
Has anyone had this problem before? Or is it a job for the dealers?

Get yourself along to the dealer :)
Another visit i know, but, it's under warranty and any other typr of repair will void it :p

Oh dear, I thought that would be the case. Many thanks for your reply. I will have to get it booked in asap (more because im lazy and this using the key milarky will just not do)

Oh DEar Sounds Like A software Problem.. Not Good But HAy that is what TLC is for..

That is exactly the same problem as I had about 3 weeks ago with my MINI.
After much swearing and stamping my feet it decided to start working perfectly again the next day. Thankfully it has never done it again since.
