Well recieved my Alta CAI last week but as my car was going in for its brake service i restrained myself from fitting it right away but as soon as i collected it from the Garage i rushed home to fit it.

This task proved to be a little longer than i anticipated but got there in the end the part that made me nervous most was disconnecting the ECU but got it in the end

The end result a very loud supercharger whine and a nice induction growl

heres a pic of the finished product

Can these things be fitted into a car with the Works conversions??? Or would that be pointless?

i think most people just keep the works airbox for waranty purposes
but in thery you can fit it all the same

Flick - most "good" bodyshops will be able to quote you for coding the arches - you'll need to buy a load of clips from your dealer though. A word of warning though - daily trips up and down the bypass in winter time have absolutely blootered my front trims so they are all pock-marked now - imagine how that will look on it if it is painted!
