Lakes Tour 11--13th June Mountain passes, Splashes

Not to far from some of you guys (M6 J40)
I have been doing this one for years. We have a campsite booked & marquee as a central briefing area.
The campsite is on Lake Ullswater & has a car wash, good hot showers, shop, bar, disco, cafe etc
Friday evening is a pub crawl
Saturday we raid he Windemere Ferry then have a treasure hunt
Sunday is the big run, taking in 3 mountain passes & 3 water splashes
Most peeps stay 2 - 3 days but some just come on the sunday for the big run - would be nice to see some of you guys

Great run :)

Done the Sunday last year and it's very well organised and has some fantastic (+ scary!) roads.

Hopefully make it down again this year if I get the chance.

Bugger! I'll be in Kendal that weekend at my parents but will be busy seeing my two brothers returning after their round coast of Britain motor bike ride for cancer research so wont be able to join in. :(
