You rang???

Of course! :D:D:D:D but didn't the singer from Tool go a bit (more?) weird?? ;););)

...and I had the lovely 'Sway' by Coalchamber (You know.. the one that the Bloodhound gang ...erm..sampled? for 'fire water burn'?) on the mp3 player this morning on the bus to try and block out the pack of feral schemie women ... ;);):D:D It helped!! :D as did the Fear Factory!!

Anyone heard of / appreciate the Butthole Surfers? (enough to 'donate' some to me?) <eyes Col suspiciously...>

Incidentally.. anyone heard of these guys? Hayseed Dixie (http://www.hayseed-dixie.com/)?
They've been on Radio One quite a bit, with some tracks as links on the Chris Moyles breakfast show. Personally I think they're ace! Country / Bluegrass cover versions of a LOT of old Rawk tunes.. AC/DC and the like..
They've got a couple of dates coming up in Scotland in September if anyone's interested. They're also playng T in the Park!! Highly recommend a listen! Very silly.... :D

I know deep down shouldn't even rise to the bait... :p
But where does this fit in with releases like 'Nine Lives' and 'Honkin' On Bobo'? :p:p;)

Each Album they've released sounds totally different from the others.. Sounds like a good 'formula' to me!! :D:D:D

Or did you get stuck on the crap single released from 'Armageddon'?
Or the other two.. 'Crazy' and 'Amazing' which everybody seems to remember for the videos cos of the hot girls? :p

30 years of making music... and all most people remember are the crappy ones and 'Walk this way' cos they collaborated with Run DMC...

LnL - I've listened to quite a lot of Aerosmith and whilst they are the best of the stadium rock bands the whole american rock thing just isn't for me..... (in fact it's the one type of music I feel I have to switch off or leave the room, now you know how to get rid of me at a party, just put some Aerosmith on!:D).

Honkin on Bobo is slightly better but is still sounds like a rock band just doing blues material. Apart from this I could tell any difference between one album and the next.

Perhaps it's Tyler's voice that grates on me, perhaps I've heard crazy and love in an elavator too many times. Best song on Bobo album is Baby Please Don't Go.....

BTW LnL n Flick we do share taste as far as Gorillaz, Greenday (although they've only really just started get my interest, ignorance on my part :p) Foo Fighters.
