I GET BOUT 200 average thats with town driving and the road to culter late at night. lol
managed 250 once but that was with a very sensible drive to dundee a thrash to edinburgh and a average drive back to aberdeen. lol

I've come up with two new routes for the Twilight Run because the problem is there's no 24hr petrol stations in the highlands. One route is Inverness - Tongue - Durness - Ullapool that is 220 miles. The other is Inverness - Gairloch - Applecross - Portree again roughly 220 miles.

I get about 10 miles to a tank! ok slight exaggeration but it feels like it!!

Off to the petrol station AGAIN!

Well I would have to vote for second route done this run several times in the mini great roads:D and for anyone wishing to go home the Fort William road there is road to isle filling station they sell ultimate.

I managed to get 280/300miles out a tank - once and that was driving at 110mph, for a couple of hours!! :I (sshhh dont tell the police, but i was in Ireland)
