The video clip is from an event called Kolaberation, a dance show thing. He deliberatley dressed as a geeky kid with tight jeans and started the act with, what he called, amateur moves, just to fool the crowd.

Yeah as SR says he is the guy from the GTI ad. There was a link somewhere where they show a few of the guys before him looking all smug and taking the piss out of him from the wings before he totally blows them away. Made me chuckle. :)
