In the process of connecting head unit to door speakers to Power source (battery).

Is there an easy way to get the speaker cable (high quality thick stuff) to the doors. Cant go through the bendy rubber noodle thing becasue there are serial connectors jammed in there, No space. Also wanted to leave the original wiring in place. I have found a random hole behind the door hinge, and managed to get access to that through the left side indicator space (once I removed it obviously). It had a rubber bung thing which I have yanked out, pierced and run two threads of speaker cable and a power lead through. I now have 2 wires running to the bulk head:

1 speaker cable which reaches right accross to the other side as access was made impossible due to the water tank.

and 1 power cable which will lead to the things needing power.

Is there an easier way? There must be!

I think some people have drilled out part of the plug in the door loom and installed the wires in there. Mikeythemini used this method for his folding mirror kit.
