View Full Version : Trading in - take everything out?

Maybe someone can give advice on this.

I'm trading in my MCS on Monday next week - should I take out the phone kit and i-pod link kit or just let the dealer take care of it. I was going to sell the bits and pieces but it seems more hassle than it's worth.

Any advice maybe from someone who was recently traded in - Alan or Willie M?

I did advertise it but no proper response. Prob is that its a HK stereo so different loom.

Just wonder if its worth the bother to take out!

Defo take the car kit and ice link out, as for the HK, hmm, not so sure

If the Ipod link will work with Eggys new 30Gb Ipod photo - he might be interested as he has the HK too. He has posted here (http://www.newminiscotland.co.uk/snitzforums/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=4163). If it needs a different cradle for the Ipod photo Mikeythemini might be able to sell him one.

I think it might be a few quid for the loom. Was just thinking if I would be charged by the dealer to strip it out!
