Hey guys - after the success of last years 2 events - I had a chat with Bonnie Scotland at the start of the Borders Run regarding this.

So who would be interested in attending another go-karting event? This time though at Racelands (East Lothian) outdoor track?

It is in twin engine carts that do 70mph!! Costs £47.50 (50% required up-front) and you get a practice, 3 heats and a final each on their 930m outdoor track.

FULL INFO HERE (http://www.raceland.co.uk/c_group_racing/group-racing.pdf)

As it's outdoors would probably be best to make it this summer - date to considered once interest is shown - please note when your holidays are to make life easier too :) Would also probably not have a full run/lunch again this time as weight advantage is everything in karting :p:clown:

KJ - no insurance required as you have to sign a disclaimer before using any of the karts (indoors included) basically you do so at your own risk  but then where's the fun in not taking any risks ;)

Put me down (date permitting). Do you need a license for the twin engined Karts? Only asking because you do at Kartstrat in Kirkcaldy.
Cheers,

Dave

Hi Fiona! Yeh - no probs to decide on the day, so long as we have a minimum of 16 drivers they can then take up to 32 :)
