travellodge are doing a promotion at the moment £26 per night here in Inverness might be country wide worth a try.

Martyn, the youth hostel in stirling is at the top of the town near the "old town jail" and is very cheap. You can get a room to yourself aswell for added security. Call 01786 473442 for reservations - they say £10 to £14 per night!
