Bit sad really! Stick a T16 in most cars made out of tin and it'll kick a ferrari!:clown::D

Jealousy is and evil, wicked, but humorous thing!!:D

What a complete abreviated Richard! He's only bitter because he can't afford a MINI.

I used to be a member of the MG owners club back in them days and I remember the outcry when MG Metro, Maestro and Montego owners started joining. That really wasn't jealousy! I detect a touch of the old green eyed monster here though.

Sigh - why oh why do they insist on making such stooopid comments - How many times has MG/Rover been bought over? is the current focus based around the original MkI escort? Is the Current ashtray based around the original astra?

These people should get back in their time capsules where they belong!!

GAJ - Am I seeing things or did your response end up in WillieM's post?

This guy needs to look a bit closer to home!

MG Maestro - A cynical attempt to remarket not re-engineer a crap car which suffers from rust, poor safety and 'only a mother would love looks' using the sporting heritage of a once great British Icon.

New MINI - the complete re-engineering of a British Icon which captures the majority of the original cars assets (style, handling) without the problems of the original (rust, safety)

I was reading my way down the page and refreshed after a phone call, I just thought funny I'm sure Wille M said just the same thing, deja vue (spelling?) or what!
