Anybody know companies that would do powder coating either wheels or under the hood bits and bobs.

Coatech, in carnoustie. Do a very good job apparently. They did my mates Mini Moto for him.

There's a place near me called Premier Industrial Coating - will do wheels in all sorts of colours for £30 each or £35 for Black Chrome effect:
