Hidden Cameras M8

I read in a magazine yesterday that cameras have been installed in cat's eyes on a stretch of the M8. These record speed, read licence plates and measure the tread of tyres. According to the police spokesman this is not about increasing revenue, its about improving road safety.

They read your speed and then flash it up with your reg plate on a big electronic sign??? COOL! First person to do a ton and get a pic og their reg flashed up on the sign with their phone wins a mars bar! :D

NOTE : This is a joke. Speeding is not big and it's not clever! :D

Looks like the front number plate will have to be taken off now as well :D:D:D

I think they should increase the limit on Motorways like to be the same as in Germany:D

How do they take pictures when they are covered in salt and road grime?

Presumably the same way normal cats eyes clean themselves when they are driven over.
