Replacement tyres

OK peeps,

After getting wheelspin in 3rd last night (!), I think I need new fronts after 16K, which is probably not bad seeing as I drive like a loon. I want to keep the run flats, so who has replaced them and how much did it cost?

Also, any experience of different tyres? It's currently got Pirellis on it, and after 10K they started to tramline.
