Not sure if it's just my PC but I'm having a real problem accessing the forums on the site (stop cheering!).

It's not the connection to the server as the non-forum bits are fine!

No problems here. It may have been bandwidth if you were getting server errors or timeouts. Friday around lunchtime tends to be very busy time!

No it's been all week. The topics just seem to take an age to open.

Must be my PC.

Sorry Calum but i've been meaning to post a similar comment for a while too - the last couple of weeks i've noticed a steady increase in the number of times you get a time out or page not available - todays 10 minute session of websense time has had probably 12 page not availables and also had to re-type posts twice.

Did a search the other day and it still hasn't returned the results! :(

And this has been both at work and home - both broadband.

Janet? Does Flick know?

I'm on a .5 Gb link at work but 1Gb at home - both have been slow at accessing the threads. The rest of the site, including the active topics screen, is fine and not slow in downloading.

Only thing I can think of is I've recently downloaded and installed a XP security update for explorer.

Me too - at anytime and it makes no difference if I'm at home or in the office

Time to archive some posts methinks. Reducing the size of the database will help.
I'm getting no problems at home or at work...weird.
