Why the f$*k did this guy put bmw mini in the title of his ebay auction!!

Its to do with search engines. If you put key words in the titles your item can be easily found whether the buyer wants to find it or not. The seller hopes that the potential buyer will take interest in the item. BMW mini golf etc are probably highly used keywords from the search engine.
