do any of you know what type of bulbs are used for the door handles and the mirror bit.

Not sure if this helps mate - but I believe you can buy "kits" from newminstuff.com that provide a similar lighting effect where ever you place them.

The lights you asked about for the door handles /mirror etc ....are called L.E.D ....(Light emitting diode)
