Bending the car made the windscreen creak!

This is a strange one...

I drove over a strange lop-sided bit of cobbled road this afternoon that twisted the car in a strange way. I was going very slowly. For once, I didn't have the stereo on - I heard the windscreen move in its mounting, after which it started squeaking all the way up the lane!

I'm not too concerned, but should I be?
