personally i agree with you bad dog as something doesn't seem right.

FOR INSTANCE- if the seller doesn't want the hotamil account any more all he/she has to do is cease using it for a period of 90 days and the account will be deactivated. Plus hotmail is a free e mail service so the seller is making money out of it which i personally deem to be morally and ethically wrong

Hmm...must admit it all smells a bit whiffy to me. Why would you want to buy it anyway, why not just make another one like jamesbond1@hotmail.com??? or JAMESBOND@hotmail.com??? There's absolutely no ethical reason for buying it and the person who does is a bit daft with more money than sense. But that's just my opinion...
