When I went before we left on Saturday morning at a reasonable time, had a relaxing evening having a meal & drink. Up early on Sunday to be at the show for opening time - left about 4pm and home for bedtime.
It is 360 miles from Perth so 5 to 6 hours - could leave 10am Saturday, back by 10pm Sunday.
The show is fantastic and well worth a visit

As a uni student at stafford i can tell you the drive takes about 5hrs 20 min from north berwick to birmingham. That is using the amazing new m6 toll road. All u big guns can top out on this road as i have been passed by many a merc and bmw m3. lol. the show is alright and worth a look if you can make it.

Things are going well so far - except that I had to sell my mini:mad:. However, we still have John's Coop so I still get to have a shottie:D.

I heard John on the phone last night to a certain John Barrie and I also heard the Cullen run being mentioned so you haven't got rid of us yet!!!!:clown:

OK been looking at hotels but for those who need to plan time off work i need to know this.............day off friday and drive down?or day off Monday to drive home??????

I was not planning on taking Friday or Monday off - I take it you are planning a 2 night stay over then?
How about going to the show on Sunday then people can chose if they want to stay another night or head home after the show? (guess that adds up to saying Monday off is best as I'd just head home after the show).

OK so time is wearing on and we still have not booked a hotel,can we make a decision on this ASAP(like before teatime Monday) or there will be no hotels left for us.


So we need definates that are goig and sugestions as to where we stay.

Finally managed to speak to Rob at about 10.30 last night!! He doesn't think there's a chance he'll get time off, so I think we might have to give this one a miss!!:(
