NMS Cars & Coffee 2023 - Sunday 22nd January

Hi folks, Hope you've all had a great festive break. :thumbs up:

We're going to start our events calendar for 2023 with a Cars & Coffee meet at Chatelheralut Country Park at the end of the month. :thumbs up:

We'll meet at 10am. If we can we'll try to park at the upper car park just past the front of the house (left-most orange circle). If that location is already taken we'll drop down behind the house and park where there's room (right-most orange circle).

All going to plan the Coffee Shop should be open but if not we can sort things with some home-baking and flasks of warmth. In addition to the coffee shop, Chatelherault Park also offers an outdoor play park (for any little ones) and plenty of open ground and scenic walks (for any furry companions).

If you're able to come along it would be great to see you and catch up.

I might attend this meet.. Feels like forever since I seen you all.

Cars got a massive dent on the N/S rear 1/4 panel though, so is booked in for repairs. They’re waiting on parts as that’s not the only thing damaged. Just the most noticeable :sad:

Too much to get into. All I’ll say on here is; The crappy roads covered in thick loose gravel on a bend.. Could’ve been worse. Had it surveyed by insurance & it’s reparable.

Sorry I totally missed this folks. I’ve been busy with stuff elsewhere*. Right on my doorstep too… I couldn’t have come along anyway as that weekend I was down in Sussex and on the Sunday of the meet I was going to see ex-Genesis guitarist Steve Hackett at a small venue out in the sticks. Hope you all had a good one. *I’d just traded my 1974 MGB Roadster after 7 years and taken delivery of a fab Frontline Developments modified ‘72 in Blaze (orange!). Oh, it’s got a tuned 1860 motor with very R53 stylee Eaton Supercharger!
