Sounds great Kieran :thumbs up:

We're available on the 23rd but can't make the 16th unfortunately however don't let that influence things if the 16th is looking more appropriate.

There's a short guide here with some tips for organising and leading a run.

http://newminiscotland.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?29926-Could-you-help-organise-a-run

Also, on my last run I ended up leading folks off the prescribed route and into a dead-end housing estate so there's absolutely no pressure ;)

Heading out Tuesday to double check the route I’ve got planned, was meant to go last week but the weather was awful. Only thing i could do with a hand is with the route notes…what’s the best way to go about making them up?

Zero your trip at the starting point. Then note mileage at turns etc, also best to reset after lunch as well incase of any mishaps

Here's a link to a template Kieran. http://newminiscotland.co.uk/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=9178&d=1647255252

We normally print off the route via Google maps, and then double check all the mileage points are 100% accurate when we test the route.

After that it's just a case of typing them up and then uploading them. Feel free to ping one of us if you need a hand uploading things.

Morning All,

I’ve decided to postpone this weekends run due to coming down with the flu/cold (hopefully not you know what). The forecast was not looking great either so I think it’s probably best. Depending on how the weather is I can look to reschedule for November time or just hold off to the New Year.

Apologies for this, I was really looking forward to getting everyone lost aswell.

Thanks,
Kieran
