F56 JCW Armrest Into F56 S

Looking to retro fit a genuine armrest from a 2016 JCW into my 2016 S.
Not bothered about wiring for charging, just wanted somewhere to put my elbow ;)
My question is, are the centre consoles the same on non armrest models and armrest fitted models?

Pleased you got it sorted. Yes you should be able to retrofit the armrest. I did the reverse of yourself and took the armrest out my car.

The one I’ve bought is from someone who has done the same as you. It includes the centre console with the cut outs.

So why did you remove yours? Do they get in the way or something?

Total pain and found that it constantly got in the way even with the auto, would have been even worse with a manual. Try it and see how you get on its not that time consuming to change
