There were tablets at the reception desk to type your reg number into. Hopefully the hotel will sort it since you have proof you stayed.

We were asked to enter reg number when we checked in ,but as you can prove you we’re staying it should be easy enough to clear up

There was a few tablets at the check in desk for your registration number to be registered. I’m sure with you having proof of staying in the hotel that night there shouldn’t be an issue
