F55 Union Jack Tail Lights

Evening peeps,

Mrs C has noticed for some time that her F55 is not fitted with the (LCI?) Union Jack tail lights.
Having 'dipped into the 'web' it would appear that these are readily available. A coupe of questions, which one's to go for / avoid & do they need programming?

SMPS do the UJ taillights and as far as I’m aware they are plug and play regardless if the car has LED or non LED lights already. I believe that they do flicker on start up for a few seconds similar to fitting LED sidelights on a R56or angel eyes on a R50.
