moving house?

I'm currently in, and own my very first house. (property A)

Theres another house in the area I'm interested in (property B)..............and have just had my house valued today.




I know I need to contact estate agents selling property B to get a viewing but being the first time, and want it to be gentle on me ........what do I do???? lol

Just contact the estate agent and ask for a viewing. They’ll ask for dates and times etc that suit and will contact the seller to agree a mutual time that benefits both you and the seller

Just be aware though that depending on the circumstances of the seller they may only want viewers who are cash buyers or who have already sold their own property, so as somebody who’s house isn’t on the market currently they may not allow you to view.
