Wondering if anybody else has done it ..........I built own desk from cut offs of worktops I 'pinched' from mum & dads garage.
For legs I used this 'Ikea hack', by getting 2/3 cabinets.

It may also be classed as old school but hooked up 2 old hi-fi speakers to the PC monitor for the right kind of sound too.

I'd take a pic but it needs tidied up as I've had to adjust it all to fit the additional PC from work given to us all for homeworking.

Just looking for addtional ideas going forward ........and of course a pic will follow for those of you who would be interested.

thanks

following on from the original post above, heres the first thing I'm looking for ideas on ...................another way to set out my speakers.

Currently they are just sitting on the desk wither side of the monitor, but there may be a better idea someone has for less of a 'clutter' look

Not something I have done for an office environment but made lots for workshops, the good thing about doing your own thing is that if you don’t like it ....change it until it works for you which is the best bit

Pics added, works PC for homeworking on the right.
Original desk wood is the darker one, the lighter one is the bit added for the works PC, as I had to use the bit I had for the additional supporting leg.

Any other ideas are welcome
