IT guru required - homeworking help

Work has given me 2 monitors in the pack to work from home.........connected DVi-to-Dvi.............but 2nd montior not detected.



Can anybody help asap ?

I take it both monitors definitely work? ie swap the non working one to the working one and see if it then works.

What you connecting to? Laptop or desktop?
