Afternoon,

I just Picked up a 67 Plate cooper. I traded my M235 in for it to have something more efficient for the work commute.

The car Is BRG.. its the first time in a long time ive owned something with less than 300 horses and to me honest I am loving it.

Not much planned for it really but I do have some KW coilovers on order hopefully get them next week

I met Mikeswagon last night and picked up a De-Chroming Kit (Top lad)

Apart from that I am not planning on doing much. Toying with the Idea of a centre Pipe and Map but I may leave it a few months for when I get bored with it.

The car is really my commuter as I have a "project toy" to blow the cobwebs off.

SO if you see a wee BRG cooper in Aberdeenshire gimme a flash.

cheers RB

Sorry I had to rush off last night.... I should have got Kirsty to toddle over the road to training on her own.

I forgot you'd have a black grill anyway.... you can always put that S one on ebay . :thumbs up:

Thanks for the welcome.

Yep it’s just a wee 3 pot :-D I’ve actually got a JB4 on my golf R. It’s been on for 30k without problems.

I’ll see what happens not trying to have a project car but I am a modding addict haha.

@Mikeswagon, no problems I am sure we’ll get a night with better weather. As for the S grill I’ll try it on for sure as the slats are different. It’s nice to have options. Cheers again for the parts and transport. Maybe get a chance this weekend to paint them up.

Cheers again for the welcome folks.

The e30

E36 M3 evo 3.2 ~330bhp
5 speed diff ratio has it topping out about 120mph
Z3M steering rack @2.7 turns over 5.5 turns
BC coilovers
Full poly bushed
Electric cooling converted
M3 eccentric control arms
Pulled all the subframe and powder coated
Sport leather
Half cage
Wooden nardi steering wheel
Eibach ARBs

Decent caliper to go on soon just running upgrades pads and decent fluid.

Exhaust manifold and pipes are custom and Ecu has been breathed on.

Just a general money pit hahah. It’s a proper asbo car

Not for a B Road blaster. It does sing it’s head at motorway speeds but it’s spritely out of corners on the B Roads.

It’s prodomanantly built for B roads.

Well the De-chroming has begun. Also fitted the S grill as it matches the lower grill... tempted to get some letters so it says slow hahah. It’s a shame the badge leaves a flat bit if I took it off

Thanks to Mikeswagon I’ve still got the chrome bits to revert back if change my mind.

350 miles on the clock and the moddings begun.

yes, well the laptop was open...

As was mine for a while.... made it in today though, cabin fever crept in and my kids appear to have both sledges at their mums.
