16" or 17" wheels rear caliper & disks

hi everyone im after a few bits for my mini 16 or 17 inch wheels & tyres i have 17s on the now with 35mm profile they are brutal ,i need a caliper for rear passenger side and disks for rear. thanks in advance scott
