What was the difference with Sports+ Suspension on the R53?

As far as I am aware it is just stiffer. No actual difference to mounting points etc.

As far as I'm aware it's a stronger spring rate as the shock absorber is the same part number as non r53. The jcw shock is a different part number.

Yup I think it's just a higher spring rate. Ride height etc is the same

Completely agree, the standard suspension on R53/R56 is shocking IMO

Depends, our Fitbits readily confuse holding the steering wheel and the associated Sports Suspension vibrations as a bike ride. Helps keep the step count up! Every cloud and all that.....
