Thing to look out for on an R52

Hey. Mum and dad have taken a fancy to an orange R52 ONE at a local garage I haven't seen it yet but they said it looks to be in good condition straight bodywork and roof looks in good condition. Its a 56plate on 72k miles.

Just wondered if there are any major things to look out for with this model. I know the normal things to check like crunchy gearbox and power steering but are there any weak points.

Keep an eye out for oil and water leaks

Check the roof for wear above the structural parts of its frame

Also look out for rust on the boot

Cheers guys. I think me and dad are going to have a look over it sometime this week.
One thing dad did notice was that the rear retractable windows seem to have scratches from where they lower into the body are they difficult to replace?.
