R53 brake set up

I'm very keen on upgrading my R53 front brakes to R56 calipers. Certain on getting yellowstuff pads, hel braided lines but unsure of the make and style of disc to choose. What have people gone for?

I just went for some brembo disks on mine just now.as thats what the garage fitted and told me after ......

OEM discs work fine, but Nitrac get a good name if you're willing to pay for them
