There is no planned route for the run yet but as soon as i get into contact with the organisers of the screening i will ask how many tickets i am able to reserve as well as the price and will begin to plan a route. Ill get solid times worked out as well. Thanks

Ive just spoken with the organisers. And the screening is an open air screening meaning that rather than being sat in the cars we would be sat on an open peice of grass. So i would advice taking a camping chair. The screen is 8mx4m and they are hoping to have about 300 people on the night. Ive updated the initial posts with the times.

The organisers also said that they would be willing to give us a reasonable discount if we book a a large group the normal cost is £6 per person. They also seemed quite keen for us to set up a club display and said they would allow the club flag poles and asked if we could organise a few minis to be parked either side of their large screen.

I'm phoning blue monkey events tomorrow just to confirm everything so if anyone else wants to come drop your name in the thread there is no maximum to how many people can come the more the merrier. But rather than a run like the original plan I wondered if it might be a better idea to organise a meal in a near by restaurant. If this sounds like a good idea let me know thanks. Mark

I've booked a table at the dunnichen stone. It's only a few minutes from Glamis Castle and it serves a good mix of everything. Table is booked for 7 o'clock so gives us a few hours before the film starts.

Are the tickets for the movie showing booked or do we need to do it ourselves individually?

That's the tickets booked for everyone on the list we got a 15% discount. So each ticket was £7.80 instead of £11 each. If you want you can PayPal me the ticket money or I'm quite happy just to get it on the day.

Everyone attending the film there is a table booked at the dunnechin stone (DD8 1GY) at 7:30. If possible if we could get 2 red, 2 white and 2 blue minis to park at the side of screen that would be perfect if not we can make a display of all the minis. Hope to see. You all tomorrow

Right just been to speak with Dave who is in charge of the screen for blue monkey. We are going to arrange the cars around the screen just before 9 o'clock. So anyone who isn't coming to dunnechin before hand there is a car park on the left hand side of the drive up to Glamis Park there and just join on to the end of the queue as we pass

Thanks
