r56 forge intercooler

just had this fitted to my mini the bumper sticks out a little further now take it this is the norm

I had the Airtec fitted to my GP and bumper fitment wasn't a bother, Andrew was the same. Rob had the Evolve fitted to his R55 JCW and his bumper always sat a little out. I believe Elfman has the Forge fitted but can't say I've noticed his bumper sticking out.

Is the intercooler sitting correctly and pushed far enough into the boost pipes?

Hi thanks for the message I had the local garage fit it along with a set of coilovers , if the mechanic hadn't told me I probably wouldn't have noticed it ,

If it's only a small bit I wouldn't worry about it. I've seen R56 cars with larger intercoolers where the bumper hasn't sat 100%.
