A little bit short notice but NMS has been invited alongside to Betapp'ds Doughnut Dash held on the 2nd January 2017 at Krispy Kreme at Edinburgh Hermiston Gate at 11am. This will be like previous Doughnut Dash meets where we meet up have a chat and a doughnut.

I didn't think my kids would let me get much chatting done and I was right! But I was in the area anyway and was good to pop in and at least say hello to some of you (don't think I need to explain who I was - the kids are a giveaway). As much as I love them I'll hopefully make a meet this year without them in tow to have a proper chat...

I know a couple of folk from my Cliosport days who have them, one of which has had his 10+ years (and numerous front end resprays...). Almost bought one myself when ph2's (like this one) were down at £14k for a good one, just look at prices now. Love them. Mars Red quite rare for them too.

Cheers for another great turnout it's great that people choose to give up a wee bit of their time to support the club it's truly appreciated.
Like others have said was good to catch up (briefly) with the usual suspects and great to get to meet some of the new members. It's always great to get a chance to hear how people are getting on (or not) with their MINIs.
Sorry I had to dash away early but had other stuff planned.
Some great photos ... and that's without seeing Craig's with his new gadgets.
Chloe what a cracking wee video. You'll need to give me a lesson on how to do a video like that or I could maybe pass you my footage lol. Excellent work.

Absolutely love your car Martin, wish I'd popped over for a closer look and chat. In fact, I pretty much love any Clio V6 but alas my days of 2-seaters are gone for the next few years... I know Ali Robertson and Iain Campbell from my days involved with Cliosport when we'd all started off in 1.2s or 172s - it's Ali who's the biggest tart having had multiple front end resprays keeping his tidy. This was a few years ago when Ali helped me machine polish my van:

Looks like a fine location for a coffee and cars meet! Some rather nice cars on show as always from NMS and that Clio V6...mmmmmmmmm!
